Smashcake and Multi Generational Family Backyard Photoshoot

Baby girl Sonali recently turned one year old and Mama Monisha wanted to celebrate the occasion with an at home smash cake and multi generational family photo session. Grandma and Grandpa’s flower filled backyard was the perfect location for the kiddos to play and for everyone to be at ease.

As I was photographing their big family, it was easy to see all the love they have for each other. They snuggled and laughed so easily during group shots. Baby girl Sonali is so lucky to grow up surrounded by so many amazing people and so much warmth.

And big kudos to their family for picking such lovely outfits! I just loved their aqua, peachy pink, and dusty rose pink palette. Mixing prints and textures is a great way to add life to photos.
