Bay Area Golden Sunset Beach Maternity Photography

Bay Area beaches are notoriously cloudy and foggy - which strangely happens to be even more true in the summertime here. I always prep my clients to be ready for any weather when it comes to a beach photoshoot. For my photoshoot with Upama + Sulav, the weather was tracking for an overcast day up until the morning of our session.

I was ready to shoot in any condition, but was estactic when I drove over the hills from the east bay into Half Moon Bay and saw nothing but brilliant sunshine and not a single cloud in the sky. I just knew it was going to be a great shoot. And I was so right, when Upama + Sulav showed up they made my day even brighter with their sweet adorableness and pure excitement to be parents.

We strolled along the cliffside taking in the scenic views of the Pacific Ocean from the top of the bluffs. Mama was glowing in her flowy starry white dress and Dad was dashing as he supported mama with every step. The way that they loved and giggled with each other I could tell they are going to be the best parents!
